Founder Neil Joubert has worked specifically in health and safety since 2008, alongside broader operational, commercial construction management and strategic roles across industries including construction, manufacturing and agriculture. His experience spans hands-on site work through to operational leadership and board-level advisory, giving TruSafe a practical understanding of what effective health and safety looks like at every level of a business.
Having worked across both South Africa and New Zealand, Neil brings an international perspective to TruSafe, with a strong focus on practical advice that works in the real world.
